The SCARLET project is a proposed 800 MW hybrid solar and battery energy storage development in Fresno County, California. The project consists of 400 MW of solar photovoltaic generation paired with 400 MW of battery storage. It is located within the CAISO balancing authority and interconnects to the PG&E utility grid at the Tranquility 230 kV point of interconnection.
